HOW TO SCHEDULE AND RULES
- Pre Pay via Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo or Credit card
- No refunds on calls that were not cancelled at least 2 hours in advance via telephone. **Must speak to a person to cancel or leave a voicemail and receive a cancel confirmation text or email.
- If you are a no call no show when we arrive for your appointment you will lose 50% of your fare, the balance of the trip will be a credit towards your next rescheduled trip. If next reschedule is a no call no show you will lose full fare and are not eligible for refund.
